If you choose to apply online for employment with us, we collect personal information about you to assess your suitability for employment. When you apply for employment with us, we also collect additional Personal Information such as, without limitation: your maiden name; alias; marital status; date and place of birth; former home addresses; employment history; current and former employer names and addresses; state/governmental identification number; tax and withholding information; social security number; emergency contact information; and other types of information that you choose to provide to us or that we may obtain about you.
We collect Other Information in a variety of ways:
3.1 Your Browser or Device
If you choose to participate in sponsored social media activities or offerings, we may collect certain information from your social media account consistent with your settings within the social media service, such as location, check-ins, activities, interests, photos, status updates and friend list. We may also allow you to enter into contests to provide photos, which you may share with your connections on social media for votes, shared offers or other promotions.
3.2 Your Use of the Service
We collect certain data when you create an account in our online portal, download, or use our Service, such as usage data, the date and time of access and what data and files have been accessed or downloaded. This helps us understand trends in usage of the Service so that we can improve and deliver better and a more personalized Service.
3.3 Collection Technology
We use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your activity, browser and device when you visit our Websites or websites where our ads appear. A cookie is a small data file that a website transfers to your computer’s hard drive. Cookies allow us to collect information such as browser type, time spent on the Websites, pages visited, referring URL, language preferences, and other aggregated traffic data. 3.4 Data Analytics Providers
The Websites may use analytics services provided by third parties, such as Google Analytics (“Data Analytics Providers”). These Data Analytics Providers use Collection Technology to collect and store information about the use of the Websites and the use of other websites, apps and online resources. Because Other Information does not personally identify you, such information may be disclosed for any purpose where permitted by law. 6. Social media features
Our Websites may use social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button and other widgets (“Social Media Features”). These Social Media Features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on the Website and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. You may be given the option by such Social Media Features to post information about your activities on us, our Websites, our Services, or our products to a profile page of yours or ours that is provided by a third-party social media network to share with others within your network. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third-party or hosted directly on our Websites. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy statement of the company providing the relevant Social Media Features.
7. Protection of personal information
We store Personal Information and Other Information using reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards. Please be aware that the Websites, Apps, and data storage are run on software, hardware and networks, any component of which may, from time to time, require maintenance or experience problems or breaches of security beyond our control. In addition, no transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under our control to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us over the internet. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Service, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. 8. Children
The Website is not designed to solicit information from individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected or stored personal information from an individual under age 16, we will remove his or her personal information from our files. 9. Marketing communications
If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt-out by contacting us by email at privacy@AMPMemberships.com or by following the instructions in any such email you receive from us. We will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. If you opt out of receiving marketing emails from us, we may still send you important administrative messages, from which you cannot opt out.

The Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time. The “Last Updated” legend at the bottom of this page indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. 13. Privacy rights of California residents
This section of the Privacy Policy applies solely to visitors, users, and others who are residents of the reside in the State of California (“consumers”). If a term used in this section of the Privacy Policy is defined in either the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended (“CCPA”) and/or the California Consumer Privacy Act Regulations promulgated by the California Attorney General (the “Regulations”), then that term shall have the same meaning as the definition in the CCPA and/or its Regulations when used in this section of the Privacy Policy only.

13.5 Right to Know/Access Personal Information Collected, Disclosed, or Sold

When submitting such a request, please state that you are making a Right to Deletion request and provide the consumer’s email address and date of last login. We will use that information to attempt to verify the consumer’s identity by comparing the information provided to the information collected and/or maintained by us.
Authorized agents may also request this action on a consumer’s behalf. If you are an authorized agent making a Right to Deletion request on behalf of a consumer, then please state so in your request and provide both the information listed above concerning the consumer and your full name, address, telephone number and email address.

13.8 Authorizing an Agent to Exercise Your Rights
California consumers have the right to designate an authorized agent to exercise the privacy rights conferred by the California Consumer Privacy Act and listed in Section 9 of this Privacy Policy on their behalf. To designate an authorized agent, a consumer must either provide the agent with an executed power of attorney or provide the authorized agent with written permission to exercise the rights set forth in this section. If the consumer provides an agent with written permission, the writing must be signed by the consumer and their signature must be notarized.
