Hello again! What an incredible few weeks it has been at AMP. We have been hard at work onboarding new customers, meeting folks at the SECWA and NRCC conventions, and building some incredible new enhancements within the AMP platform. This week we released Gift Cards, Phone # Verification, a Spin to Win Game, Self-Service Customer Payment History, and Payment Plan Info in our CSR Portal.

Gift Cards

Description: Send and Redeem gift cards.

Business Value: Just in time for the holiday season (but available all year long)! Gift cards allow your customers to easily send and receive money towards services and products at your car wash. It is a great way to provide your existing customers with the power of gifting and your wash the ability to reach new customers.

SMS Phone # Verification

Description: Verify your customer’s phone number.

Business Value: Phone number verification provides an additional layer of security for your customers while providing you with a new way to promote your car wash via text message marketing campaigns.

Spin to Win Arcade Game

Spin to Win_Min

Description: Offer your customers a chance to win prizes via a wheel of fortune styled spinner. Using AMP’s admin portal, you set the prizes and the probability to win. Users can even win car wash credits that are automatically applied to their accounts.

Business Value: A fun way to engage with your customers and provide incredible value. Customers can be encouraged to launch the app daily for a “free” spin, increasing the number of touchpoints and deepening brand loyalty.

Payment History & Invoice Details

Description: Customers can view their payment history and download invoice details within the app.

Business Value: Customers now have a self-service mechanism to view and download their invoice history within the app. This reduces the volume of calls to customer service and reduces the friction for customers who require access to their billing details (e.g. for expense reports or tax purposes).

Admin Portal – Access to Customer Payment Plan Information

Description: Quickly view a summary of a user’s payment plan details within the AMP admin portal.

Business Value: Streamlined access to customer account information that allows your customer services representatives to provide better, more personalized customer service.
